The MaxDS110 multifunction depth/speed instrument willsimultaneously display three sets of data on three digitaldisplays.
Unlike some other inchdumbinch displays, the MaxDS110 does NOTrequire an external Black Box or PC to work. All the electronics tomeasure and display all the data is contained within the compactMaxDS110. Just connect the sensors and you have a complete set ofinstrumentation. The multi-core MaxVu110 contains five computerssharing data to provide a fast response to your changinginstrumentation needs.
Individual high and low alarm values can be set on each of thedata. When data on any of the displays falls outside the acceptablerange the built-in alarm will sound and that display will blinkproviding you both a visual and audible warning of a problem.
The MaxDS110 is ten instruments in one space-saving 110mmformat. You simply select the display configuration that is bestsuited for what you are doing. With simple, quick installation in astandard 2-1/8 (54mm) round hole, the MaxDS110 is perfect for theboat builder or aftermarket replacement.
Displays depth, boat speed, sea water temperature, trip andtotal logs, race timers, time-of-day, elapsed trip time and batteryvoltage.
Sixteen different predefined display configurations.
High and Low alarms can be set for depth, boat speed, watertemperature and battery voltage.
Eight (8) different Time-Of-Day alarms can be set to remind youof important radio schedules, weather reports, etc. The two racetimers can be independently set to any value from 1 to 60minutes.
A keel offset can be programmed to provide the depth of thewater under the keel. Variable display damping (filtering) can beselected for both depth and boat speed.
Changes are automatically saved to a nonvolatile memory.
Five backlight levels (including OFF)
The MaxDS110 works on both 12 and 24 VDC
NMEA 0183 data sentences for depth, boat speed, sea watertemperature and battery voltage.
A variety of different optional depth and speed/temperaturetransducers are available in plastic and bronze that mount on thetransom or through the hull.
